We know that once you’ve chosen your tartan, you want it in your hands as soon as possible — whether it’s for a personal project, a gift, or a special occasion. Here’s exactly how we get your order from our shelves to your doorstep.

Order Processing Time

Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, our team begins preparing it within 1–2 business days. During this time, we carefully measure, cut (if applicable), and pack your tartan to make sure it arrives in pristine condition.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next available business day.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We currently ship using trusted international couriers to ensure your tartan arrives safely and on schedule.

Delivery estimates begin from the date your order is shipped, not the date it was placed. While we work hard to meet these timeframes, occasional delays can occur due to customs processing, weather, or courier circumstances beyond our control.

Tracking Your Order

As soon as your tartan ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to follow your package’s journey. If you don’t see this email within 3 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder or reach out to us directly — we’re happy to look into it.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order. We aim to keep these costs as fair and transparent as possible, with no hidden handling fees added after checkout.

International Orders & Customs

We proudly ship tartan worldwide. For orders outside our home country, please note:

  • Customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations
  • These charges are determined by your local customs office and are the customer’s responsibility
  • We have no control over how long customs processing takes and cannot guarantee delivery dates for international shipments

We recommend checking with your local customs authority if you’re unsure what charges may apply before placing your order.

Delivery Attempts & Missed Deliveries

Please make sure your shipping address is accurate and that someone is available to receive the package, where possible. If a delivery attempt is missed, the courier will typically leave instructions for rescheduling or pickup. We are not responsible for packages that are confirmed as “delivered” by the courier but later reported missing from the delivery address.

Address Changes & Order Adjustments

If you need to update your shipping address or make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We can usually accommodate changes only before your order has been shipped. Once a tracking number has been issued, we’re no longer able to redirect or adjust the shipment.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

In the rare case your tartan arrives damaged, or your tracking shows delivery but the package never arrives, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
